Uploaded Doc. saved in the storage

If there will be a possibility in this app to upload Doc. and save them into storage then create an automatic feature to place them accordingly to the Order Number which will be created in the backlog will be great (for example the app take the order article from ERP system …with a article number ….the same article number to be on the uploaded doc. itself than automatic place the working list article doc. on the order article) can it be possible ?
